Taking brands like Lexus and ING Insurance to the top of the customer leaderboard. On this journey, I encountered similar challenges to the ones you face today. This allowed me to develop developed an extensive set of tools, templates and shortcuts to make things happen. Some of them I put in a book, others in online courses. You hire me because you want progress and results. Deliver a strategy. Improve a KPI. So expect me to push for solutions that address the root cause of progress, even if they are a little uncomfortable. Once we know really needs to be done, we can figure out the quick and structural wins that keep everyone happy. HUMAN-TECH POSITIVITY Tomorrow's customer excellence requires blending the right technology with a distinctly 'human touch'. So we'll look at the latest methods and tools to master your customer journeys, and help the people in your business embrace them. With passion, and empathy. PERSONAL ATTENTION I don't do 'one-size-fits-all' programmes. I only take on a limited number of accelerator clients at a time. Within the boundaries of our agreement this means your priorities, are my priorities. And when there is an unexpected problem, I will have your back. ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY I sometimes joke that I have signed so many NDAs I cannot even talk to myself. But even without those, my reputation is my bond. So whatever we discuss stays between us, and doesn't go further without your explicit consent. Note: this last point works both ways. While my past work will inform any recommendations I make, I won't share any client confidential information. |
How the accelerator worksI'm often told I should dazzle you with methodologies, buzzwords and endless lists of deliverables.
My experience in 30+ customer programmes, has taught me that succesful solutions are always tailored to the situation. One-size-doesn't-fit-all. So, let's cut the fluff with these three steps: STEP 1: We get to know each other (FREE) In an informal call, we discuss your ambitions or challenges. We openly assess whether and how I can add value. If I do, we do some paperwork, and start. If I don't, I may be able to suggest someone who does. STEP 2: We do a 4 week sprint (€ 7,500 ex-VAT, paid up front) We have a series of planned and prepared video calls where we build or improve your plan for higher customer fitness in the area you want to focus:
STEP 3: I stick around as you need me, ... or not (budget to agree) Our sprint may be all the value you need from me, in which case I fade to black. Or you may want me to stick around, where I can be anything from occasional sparring partner to providing hands-on implementation assistance (alone, or with a global team of experts). Whatever works best for your business and situation. |
